Digital Products: Refunds are not provided for digital products (such as WordPress themes, software keys, or OTT subscriptions) unless there is a problem with payment confirmation or delivery of the product. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of the issue.
Physical Products: Refunds are only offered for physical products (such as electronics, gadgets, accessories, fashion, and cosmetics) in cases of damaged goods, incorrect delivery, or payment-related issues. If a refund is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition. All refund requests for physical products must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
Refund Request Process: To request a refund, contact us at support@kzisto.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We will evaluate the request and, if approved, process your refund within 7 business days.
